WEDDING SIGNS in WHITE!

Our wedding pallet signs have been around a while now and I can honestly say they are the best seller we have next to the Welcome Friends & Family pallet sign.

We've really wanted to do the wedding pallet in white but we just never seemed to get around to it until now.  

Well let me take that back...  We have done ONE in white before but we shipped it before we took pics so we never added the white option to the shop.

Our client also had a custom request for the bride & groom since these will both be used at a beach wedding.

Here's a graphic I made using the saying that our client wanted custom painted.

Everyone's happy with how they turned out.  What do you think?

EXTRA LARGE WEDDING PALLET SIGN

Since we've started this sign building/painting venture we get all kinds of requests to tweak an old design or do something completely knew for a client.  I really enjoy working along side the customer to bring their vision full circle when we ship the completed sign to them.

We had a request to enlarge our wedding pallet sign from 17 x 25 to approximately 26 x 34 and then to change the layout somewhat.

The couple wanting this are having their wedding ceremony in the golf course clubhouse so they wanted something that would stand out.  I believe we accomplished that for them.

I like the added detail of the black painted interior frame.

I love so much how the old wood takes on different hues once the sealer goes one.  Watching the wood come back alive is my favorite part!

ROOSTER COFFEE PALLET SIGN

A couple of my resolutions for the new year was to create more new designs for the shop and to be more consistent with posting here on the blog.  Well I've managed to cross two off the list this week...we'll see how long I can keep up! 

I thought I had decided what I wanted to paint on this blank turquoise pallet but once I got started I just wasn't feeling the whole thing.  I began separating out the parts that weren't working for me and came up with this.

I really love it.  I love the color, how it distressed, the frame...hopefully I'm not alone here. LOL  

Everything's gotta have a frame.

I love how it isn't perfect...it isn't supposed to be.

The overall size is approximately 25 x 25 and you can customize it to fit in with your own home decor by choosing your own background color then decide whether you want white or black font.

PERSONALIZED STOCK FARM SIGN

I love this sign.

The very first sign I did was similar to this one but it had a moose on it.  I wish I could remember what else it said and I wish I could find a picture of it. 

But I can't.  Would you believe it if I told you that I traded it for garage sale treasures?! There is a lady in our neighborhood who works for Pottery Barn and she has the best stuff at our HOA summer sales.  But I digress, back to this sign.

We put this together with pine 1x6's and ripped down pine for the frame.  

The background is painted black tie and the font is white tie then the entire sign is heavily distressed, glazed & sealed.

GERMAN GLASS GLITTERED BUCKHEAD

We are adding a new sign to the shop!  This buck head sign is created with salvaged wood and glass glitter.

Size is approximately 11x13.

The German glass glitter is simply gorgeous and will age with time to create a vintage patina.

This sign is lightweight, so it can be hung almost anywhere.

CHALKBOARD SIDEWALK SIGN

This was a custom order and requested by a local business.  This was the first one we've made but I think Eddie did a fantastic job on it!

The open sign at the top is permanent and painted on both sides, the space below is a chalkboard.

To hold the sign open, we used a small piece of black chain and it works perfectly.

HALLOWEEN YARD STAKE

Do you decorate for the holidays?

MAKING MEMORIES WITH SIGNS

I love working with clients to create the perfect sign using words that have special meaning to them & their families.  Here's a quick peek at one that was recently finished up using the words of a song her mother had sung to her and now she sings it to her boys.
